Dan was on top of everything, letting me know about a visa I needed; ensuring that bag fees and seat selection were included without my asking; researching travel insurance options (and recommending one he didn’t get any commission for); and even checking in for me on my outward-bound flights. Dan insisted on reimbursing me for some ground transportation and meal expenses he wasn’t responsible for. He responded immediately to queries I sent him while I was away—I felt very well resourced and protected throughout my trip. My friends couldn’t believe how little my somewhat complicated itinerary cost me; I imagine Dan made very little profit on it!
